· Strong at RDBMS concepts & implementation
· Should have worked on high volume based Web Applications
· Good understanding of various life cycle methodologies
· Can create and execute unit test scripts/integration Test scripts
· Has used tools for source control (Preferably Visual Source Safe)
· Working knowledge of Design tools (MS Visio)
· Good Communication and analytical skills
· Self motivation and the ability to work under minimal supervision are a must.

Technical Skills

Experience - 4-6 years with atleast 3 years on .net
